Summary
Hello! I’m Sage Koebcke, a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Honors College at the 夜色视频. As an Honors College alumna, I'm passionate about the work the Honors College does, and I’m excited to keep contributing to this amazing community. As an instructor for HON 109, the first-year experience course, I’m especially passionate about creating a supportive, engaging environment where students can develop essential skills for academic and personal growth.
I was born and raised in Las Vegas and moved to Reno four years ago for my undergraduate education, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology from the 夜色视频. I am now pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and transitioning from a Research Assistant to a graduate student in Dr. David Bridgett’s STEPS Lab. My research interests broadly focus on affective and behavioral disorders, temperament, and health-related factors that influence behavior and development.
I’ve come to love Reno over the past four years and am so excited to continue my academic and professional journey here. Outside of the classroom, I love reading, running, hiking, crafting, spending quality time with friends, and hanging out with my dog, Tina!
