Summary
Leslie began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a nursing home in her home state of Kansas. It was there that she discovered her passion for caring for others, which inspired her to pursue advanced education and expand her role in healthcare.
In 2017, Leslie accepted a travel contract as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the emergency department, which brought her to Reno. She quickly fell in love with the community and decided to make it her home. After settling in Reno, she continued her educational journey.
In 2023, Leslie earned her APRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree. She began working in urgent care, where she has truly found her calling, combining her diverse clinical experience with a strong commitment to providing accessible, high quality patient care.
