By consenting to receive SMS messages from the ҹɫÊÓƵ (UNR), you agree to these Terms of Use and our General Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. Consent is obtained by checking a consent box on our intake form or by consenting during an interaction with an support employee, which is documented in our secure case management system.

Privacy and data use

We respect your privacy. We only use the information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in delivering SMS messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties, except as required by law. General Privacy Policy.

Costs

We do not charge you for messages sent or received via this service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Please check with your mobile provider for your plan details.

Message frequency

This Text Message Service is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and ҹɫÊÓƵ staff. Message frequency varies depending on your needs and your interactions with us.

Opting out

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you may reply to any message with one of the following words: STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After unsubscribing, you may receive one final confirmation message. Opt-out requests are specific to each conversation and number.
