Summary
Prior to joining the 夜色视频, Professor Li served on the faculty of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Li takes a behavioral approach to strategy and entrepreneurship, focusing on the social and cognitive forces that shape innovation activities and outcomes. Her research spans innovation, reputation, and strategic leadership and is organized around two research streams. The first examines barriers to innovation at the executive, project portfolio, and organizational levels. The second focuses on reputation for innovation—the extent to which stakeholders perceive a firm as innovative.
Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as an auditor at PwC and Deloitte.
