Transfer of ownership to graduates
Graduates will be sent a link to the University Device Departure Form to initiate the device transfer. Once that has been completed, the student will be notified of the date that their device will be removed from the mobile device manager (MDM). The MDM will remove all University apps before uninstalling. At this point, the device is owned outright by the graduate. Please note that after we remove the MDM software your device will reset to factory settings, so we encourage you to back up the device regularly to prevent any loss of data.
Students who graduate from the University will be able to keep their device at no cost.
