Dropping a class?

Due to new guidelines, students who plan to drop a Fall 2026 Semester course after September 3rd, 2026 must receive additional approval from Diana ElAlami, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Student Success, by filling out the form below.

The Ron Turek and Ann Carlson Student Success Center offers a variety of appointment options for undergraduate advising. Please use the link below for availability and scheduling. If you are having trouble, feel free to stop by our office (WRB 3100), and we can help you make an appointment.

You may also email coehdadvisement@unr.edu with your availability and reason for the appointment, and we will get you scheduled at the Advisors earliest availability.

Express Walk-Ins

The Student Success Center offers Express Walk-in Advising for the Fall 2026 semester from September 1 - December 10 from:

  • Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-3:00pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30am

The Center will have walk-in hours the first week of school, August 24-August 28, from 8:30am-4:30pm.
