Drop-in class schedule

Unlimited drop-in fitness classes are included at no extra cost to Fitness and Recreational Sports members on a first-come, first-served basis. View all classes offered for the semester, including dates, times and instructors. Registration opens 24 hours prior to a class starting.

Fitness and Recreational Sports (FRS) is a university department offering Nevada students the opportunity to live an active lifestyle. FRS is housed in the E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center.

Participants practice yoga in a fitness studio inside the E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center. Students are positioned on yoga mats performing a standing lunge pose with their arms extended overhead, while natural light fills the room through large windows overlooking campus.

Memberships

A membership allows access to E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center and drop-in classes as well as the pool located inside Lombardi Recreation.
