One of the original residence halls on campus, Manzanita was built in 1896 and is an historic three-story building that can accommodate up to 100 residents. Renovated in 2019, Manzanita hall has updated bedrooms and connects directly to Juniper Hall, where they share a community lounge on the first floor. Facing Manzanita Lake, the hall is steps away from The Overlook Food Court and and the University's nationally known Quad.
Residents enjoy spacious living areas with private baths, full kitchens, and comfortable living rooms. High-speed internet, on-site laundry, and quiet study lounges make daily life simple, while a central campus location keeps everything within reach.
