Live at Peavine Hall
Peavine Hall gives students a comfortable, modern place to call home. Opened in 2015, this five-story, LEED-certified building is designed with a wellness theme, encouraging healthy living in every aspect of campus life. Students can select from private rooms with individual baths or suite-style rooms with shared baths, both offering comfort and privacy.

Students in Peavine Hall benefit from access to a shared, private bathroom within their suite that offers offers more privacy than traditional hall-style living.

The bed frames in Peavine Hall can be raised and lowered (four adjustable heights) or bunked. Students are permitted to rearrange their rooms how they prefer, but at move-out, the room must be returned to how it was arranged during move-in.
All student rooms in Peavine Hall are carpeted and include a desk, chair, closet space, bed and mattress, and a chest of drawers for each student.
Yes. All residents have access to the free laundry facility at Peavine Hall that includes free use of washers and dryers.
No. Personal pets and/or animals are not allowed at Peavine Hall. Students may receive approval for a service or emotional support animal through the Disability Resource Center and the Office of Residential Life, Housing and Food Services.
