Originally built as a hotel and now fully renovated, this five-story residence features four distinct room options — singles*, doubles, and triples* — all with private in-room bathrooms for comfort and privacy.

Yes. Sierra Hall rooms have in-room, private bathrooms and showers.
Yes. Students living at Sierra Hall need a Yellow 1 Zone permit to park in the Sierra Hall garage. Annual permits are available to resident hall students only and are not transferable or sold to other individuals. Parking permits are available in limited quantities.
Yes. There is a full-service laundry facility on the third floor of Sierra Hall. There is no charge to use laundry services (washers and dryers) at Sierra Hall.
All student rooms in Sierra Hall are carpeted and include a desk, chair, closet space, bed and mattress, and a chest of drawers for each student.
The bed frames in Sierra Hall can be raised and lowered (four adjustable heights) or bunked. Students are permitted to rearrange their rooms how they prefer, but at move-out, the room must be returned to how it was arranged during move-in.
