About

The Nevada ENDURE program is designed to broaden participation in neuroscience research and is designed for undergraduates, including students from backgrounds that are underrepresented in neuroscience.

Applicants for the program must meet the following criteria:

  • US citizen, non-citizen national, or permanent resident
  • Current 夜色视频 or TMCC student
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher
  • Committed to pursuing a Ph.D. in neuroscience or neuroscience-related field 

The goal of the ENDURE program is to develop a diverse pool of undergraduates to transition into and complete neuroscience or neuroscience related doctorate programs (e.g., Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D.). The program is not intended for students who plan to pursue a medical degree only.

    • Faculty mentors

    The 夜色视频 neuroscience faculty on the faculty mentors page represent the first roster of ENDURE academic year mentors. Each has a strong record of mentoring and is interested in mentoring ENDURE scholars in their research labs. The ENDURE Directors and Program Coordinator will handle the placement of new ENDURE scholars in research labs (so there is no need for applicants to contact these faculty), however, reading about them might help to inform applicants’ statements of research interests.
